职位描述：
1.负责新产品的开发与新项目的启动，实施公司内部产品开发和研制工作，制定开发计划；
2.制定生产转化和技术制定工作；编写相关文件和资料；
3.主导项目开发进程，与客户协调项目进度，根据客户要求提交相关文件及报告，按照客户要求进行设计修改和改进。
4.确认新品设计、工艺、进度，确保质量。
5.确认客户要求；确认时间节点；确认设计更改；确认文件提交。

岗位要求：
1.机电一体化或电子类相关专业本科以上学历；
2.在制造型企业从事机械/电子类产品开发工作1年以上时间，熟悉产品的工艺工序和工作原理；
3.有主导或参与产品开发和项目启动的经验，熟悉开发流程；
4.有责任心，良好的沟通表达及协调能力。
