Job Description:

*Work closely with General Manager(Foreigner) to provide administrative suppport, usually on a one-to-one basis
*Make the best use of time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks
*Act as Managing director's first point of contact with people from inside and outside company
*Typical work including arranging travel, screeing telephone calls, filing, meetings
*This job is always focused the needs of the General Manager

Requirements:

*This position is open to native Chinese speakers who hold bachelor degrees in English, business, admimistration or management would be better
*A holder of TEM8 is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should be highly procifient in English
*Minimum of two years relevant experience
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Good at using Microsoft applications
