The task:
? As one of the main players in the local strategy and budget process, you contribute significantly to develop the strategic priorities within the sales company.
? You steer the implementation of the defined strategic priorities and tactical measures in the field of marketing. Together with your team, you develop specific campaigns and marketing activities.
? You ensure the availability of required resources and brief them accordingly.
? You act as a sparring partner at eye level for the general management, product management and other stakeholders.
Your area of responsibility:
? Together with the general management and product management you define a balanced marketing mix according to the local product portfolio – always having the your markets needs on top of the list.
? You act as the central hub for all communication topics – e.g. sales literature, events, CRM, mailings, website, print and online advertising including media planning, social media, public relations, and more.
? You report to and stay in close ongoing exchange with our Head of Marketing Eastern Europe. You represent the national sales company actively in international marketing meetings.
? You are responsible for a defined marketing budget and decide on the appropriate use of resources.
? Special attention is paid on your interface function: you link the interests of customers with our corporate objectives.

? In meetings and projects, you always ensure to focus on progress.
? You involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure an appropriate information flow.
? Your sense for aesthetics and clear structures completes your profile.
Your education and experience:
? Completed business degree specializing in Marketing or equivalent.
? High affinity for technology; technical education beneficial.
? Several years of solid professional experience in marketing - on customer or agency side.
? Experience in international marketing projects, project management and agency steering and selection.
? High creativity in combination with excellent communicational and organizational skills.
? Structured, analytical and self-reflected team player with leader qualities.
? Excellent spoken and written English.
? High degree of customer orientation and resilience.
? Appropriate IT skills.
