工作职责 Responsibility：

审核和释放不同版本的软件，制定软件质量保证计划,检查软件项目指导文档,检查过程和软件的质量与标准的符合性;

Review and release the each version of SW.Specifies software quality assurance plan,Inspects software project steering documents,Checks quality standard compliance of processes and workproducts;

学历和专业Education and major：

本科或以上学历，电子、通信、计算机和软件工程等相关专业，汽车相关的软件工程类优先。
Bachelor degree or above major in electronics, communications, computers，software engineering and other related majors，ideally in the automotive software technology.

工作经验Work experience：
1.至少5年汽车电子行业零部件技术开发（软件、硬件或测试）工作经验,优先熟悉了解转向系统的原理和结构，特别是针对电动转向领域；
At least 5 years electron products of automotive technology development (software, hardware or testing) work experience,ideally good knowledge for principle and structure of steering system,especially for EPS.
2.有3年以上的研发项目管理、研发质量管理等工作经验，优先考虑汽车行业，熟悉项目管理流程，能运用相关的项目分析方法；
More than 3 years work experience of project management, quality management and so on in R&D,ideally in the automotive industryKnowledge and experience in the Project Management process,Good knowledge of Program standards, tools, and methods .

能力要求Capacity：
1.熟悉汽车电子领域软硬件的开发和认可流程，以及基于VDA 6.3和TS 16949等汽车行业主流的质量管理体系；
Familiar with automotive electronics hardware and software development and release process, and quality management system based on the VDA 6.3 、TS 16949 and anothers in the automobile industry;
2.熟悉目前主流的汽车电子电器开发工具，例如DOORS、MATLAB/SIMULINK、ALTIUM DESIGNER、VISUAL STUDIO、ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE、CODE WARRIOR等相关软件；
Familiar with the current mainly automotive electronic appliances development tools, such as DOORS, MATLAB/SIMULINK, ALTIUM DESIGNER, VISUAL STUDIO, ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE, and CODE WARRIOR software;
3.熟悉目前主流的汽车电子电器测试和仿真工具，例如CAN DELASTUDIO、GREEN HILL、CARSIM、POLYSPACE等相关软件；Familiar with the current mainly automotive electrical and electronic test and simulation tools, such as CAN DELASTUDIO, GREEN HILL, CARSIM, POLYSPACE related software;
4.能够独立组织软硬件的开发认可和评审活动，熟悉软硬件开发过程的变更管理和文档管理；Can independenly organizate review and release activity for development of software and hardware, familiar with software and hardware development process, change management and document management;

其它要求Others：具有良好的组织协调能力，善于沟通；能够适应较高的工作压力，适应一定程度的加班和出差需求；Team player with strong communication skills,Able to adapt to the higher working pressure and adapt to a certain degree of overtime working and travel demand
