Day to Day Responsibilities:

· Accounts Payable-Collecting Expense Report, Payment Request and processing payment, tracking invoices

· Responsible for inter-company reconciliations

· Dealing with various foreign currency transactions, communicate to bank and SAFE, comply with SAFE Regulations

· Legal Entity Compliance with China Tax regulation, China PRC GAAP and US GAAP

· Internal control compliance; Implement effective controls in day-to-day operations

· Closing and analysis business report

· Some involvement in entity tax transactions and G/L work

· Statutory filling (auditing, tax filling, etc.)

· Finance project support

Education & Experience

· Associate degree, Bachelor and /or above

· Major in finance, accounting, or related fields

· PRC CPA / ACCA is prefer


Required Skills

· Previous experience in manufacturing costing preferred

· At least 2 years related working experience in accounting/finance area

· CPA or other accounting certification (Preferred but not required)

· Good communication skills, in particular good command of written and spoken English

· Good PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, etc (SAP knowledge is a plus)

· Good team player. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision; good personality

· Good interpersonal communication skills
