Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategy, processes and policies
- Execute operational purchasing activities to secure delivery on time and quality for production
- Supplier selection, evaluation, audit and management
- Closely monitor the supply market in China and overseas for relevant materials
- Keep interaction with functional departments such as Sales, Production, Technical and Quality, etc.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with suppliers，Supplier’s Key Performance Indicators measurement and improvement
- Safety stock & buffer stock setting and updating
- Coach and Lead team to reach department and company target

Requirements:
- 8 -10 years experience in purchasing role, minimum 2 years in management role
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or SCM background
- Experience in mechanical engineering industry
- Familiar with supplier management and purchasing procedure
- High level of integrity and ethics
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Natural leader, strong management skills, good motivator
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Can work under pressure
