Your main tasks will be:
- Process customer inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner in a proper manner.
- Sales function support as alien with sales team
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
- Sales report and other business report development and follow up
- Provide supporting documents when customer request
- Processing of customer orders & order follow-up requests
- Have a sense of handling special programs in a proper processes
- Provide supervisors with improvement ideas and suggestions.
- Interface with other departments including but not limited to finance, shipping, and sales to resolve customer conflicts.
- Customer complain follow up
- Promote an atmosphere of positive attitude to our customers while exceeding their expectations for services provided.
- Performs related duties, as assigned by line manager

Required knowledge and skills :
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- At least one previous experience in Sales & Marketing environment
- Business & Marketing background
- Good communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
- Good time management skills
- Great problem solving ability
- Microsoft Word and Excel and PC based knowledge

NIKE Sports Camps 耐克国际运动训练营

耐克国际运动训练营在北美已有 20 多年历史，全美共有近 800 个训练基地，提供 20多项体育项目培训，网罗全球顶尖教练以及教学体系，使用世界级的名校与场地作为训练地，每年为超过 9 万名学员提供培训。

耐克国际运动训练营在 2012 年首次来到中国，目前已在中国六大区域包括港、澳地区举办上百场耐克国际运动训练营，为超过3,000 名学员服务，并得到极高评价及反响。
