GENERAL DESCRIPTION / JOB PURPOSE
Be responsible for leading Shanghai finance team to manage
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the finance team in Shanghai and Seoul
2. Manage costing and credit control
3. Manage monthly end closing and reporting timely and accurately
4.Prepare annual budget and forecasts
5. Manage the daily running and ongoing improvement of financial system
6. Monitor and improve internal control process
7. Manage ongoing relationships with tax bureau, banks, auditors etc.
8. Manage cash flow and working capital
9. Prepare management reports and provide financial analysis and advice to management
10. Support CPP VAT issue
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Over 10 years finance/accounting working experience, with Over 3 years solid experience of manager, Europe or US foreign company background is plus.
2. Team leader experience is must
3. JDE used experience is a plus
4. Manufacturing company experience is a plus
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
1. Be able to working under pressure.
2. Strong internal control sense, follow company policy strictly
3. Team player with good business sense
4. Good team management ability
EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor or above, major in accounting or finance management;
2. Solid Technical Accounting skills and strong Analytical skill.
3. Good excel skill and good sense on numbers;
4. Excellent communication in both English & Chinese.
5. Well understanding on tax law and accounting system etc.
6. VAT-refund experience (both ECR and ER)
