Summary of Role:

This position is responsible for working directly with large and medium private and public companies and organizations to offer negotiate and conclude lease arrangements for equipment from Vendors and for the development of the business relationship between CIT and Health Care Equipment Vendors.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
·Achieve the set business volume (financed volume) and gross margin targets and consequently penetration of leasing in the targeted segments.
·Full sales process from lead generation to contract signature.
·Establish credibility in the division and display knowledge and empathy with the Vendor sales team/management. Work with Vendor sales management to agree appropriate penetration rates, incentives and training requirements in order to drive business growth.
·To develop and execute sales plan to achieve business goals and meet Vendors’ expectations
·To coach, train and develop Vendor sales executives and coaches to the standards set by Vendors.
·To produce regular business forecasts of performance.
·To be fully aware of and part owner in carrying out all divisional goals including margin, revenue, call behaviour etc.
·To manage and control all customer / Vendor satisfaction issues in line with company guidelines, ensuring that any customer issues are swiftly and professionally resolved.
Provide management information to Sales/Regional Manager and agree escalation procedures.

Qualifications/Competencies/Experience
Essential:
·At least four years experience in a dynamic, target driven environment.
·Knowledge of financial products e.g. loans, financial and operating leases.
·Account Management skills - can demonstrate an ability to develop business relationships
·Problem solving – owns issues, resolves as possible and escalates as needed; can demonstrate ‘out of box’ thinking by easily making connections among previously unrelated notions.
·Business acumen – Ability to understand the sales process, roles and responsibilities of the interrelated

Desirable:
·Ability to price & structure complex lease transactions
·Knowledge of Heath Care industry/Sectors & Products or major in HC related preferred
·Experiences of equipment selling is preferred
·Mentoring/coaching skills & experience internal/external
