Position Title: Accounting Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Subordinates: Accountants
Location: Shanghai

Job Goals:

? Conduct Financial Analysis, reporting daily/monthly financial and business KPIs
? Co work with General Manager to form and monitor budget and forecast the business
? Train and develop organization depth within Accounting Department

Main Responsibilities:

? Work closely with General Manager to form and monitor financial budget and forecast at general and departmental levels, including distributing cost center reports to departmental managers and inquire explanations on outstanding items
? Prepare of the budget and forecasts and comparisons of actual results to target
? Assist General Manager in analyzing the results of the business with the goal of improving the profits
? Analyze financial and business KPIs for all departments and issue daily P&L/ performance reports
? Prepare financial statements, including China and Korea analytic reports and other internal reports
? Participate in the implementation of improved methods, procedures, systems, and other necessary activities within the company
? Train and grow accounts within the group
? Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, equivalent or above
? Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and the Internet
? Good Chinese and English communication skill to internal and external customers
? Detail-oriented, data sensitive, and strong analytical skills with logic
? Team player, efficient interpersonal communicator
? Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented
? Open-minded, flexible and open to change
? Performance driven and able to work under pressure
? 1-2 years' experience in accounting management positions
? JD Edwards experience is a plus
? High integrity and honesty
