General Description:
Develops implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
Analyze manufacturing quality risk, cost, time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing process.
Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
Ensures production and maintenance are in compliance with both company quality and productivity assurance standards and applicable government regulations.
Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary.
Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed.
May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as ISO regulations.

Experience Require:
BS/BA degree or equivalent with Engineering related major
5+ years or more direct working experience in semiconductor IC Assembly industry is preferred, FMEA experience is preferred;
Require At least 2 years act as internal or external auditor in electronic company.
Require PFMEA engineering and practice experience.
Good knowledge on semiconductor assembly or test quality management and process control is a plus.
Proficient in standard business application software, Tools& standard engineering method (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JMP, SPC, DOE, DMAIC, 8D, 5-Why etc.);
