工作内容：
1. 根据设计和工艺等的技术要求，确定产品以及工艺的质量要求
2. 协助质量工程师，制定内部生产制造质量控制计划
3. 按照检验规程，检验产品和工艺质量并予以记录，形成报告
4. 协助质量工程师，制定质量控制作业指导书
5. 对于不符合项，提供质量数据，参与分析和制定纠正预防措施，并予以执行
6. 必要时对操作工进行相应的培训
7. 对于使用的计量器具的日常维护
8. 协助计量专员对于计量器具的采购申请
9. 依据客户订单交货的质量指引，对照装箱清单检查和确认交付成品的数量、型号以及质量
职位描述：
1. 质检员资格证书、着色检验2级及以上、磁粉检验2级及以上；
2. 无损探伤资质2级以上，3年以上相关的质量检验工作，善于过程控制。
3. 具有解决问题和分析问题的能力。
4. 熟悉机械制造工艺、例如：热处理，焊接，锻造， 铸造，机加，装配等。
5. 工业或机械专业大专毕业。具有基本的英文读写能力，熟悉电脑操作。
