- Strategic customer development (MTA)
Provide extensive support for MTAs in order to develop such startegic accounts;
- Customer Support
Provide sales with all necessary information to ensure fast response to customers (technical product information, pricing, escalation of logistic demands, …)
-Product Marketing
Support and conduct product workshops and training in order to train Sales, Distributors and customers;
-Product Strategy
Collect technical product requirements from customers, consolidate and contribute to OS SSL road map process in order to ensure regional requirements are considered;
- Market Analysis
Consolidate overall market trends in China and provide feedback to SSL HQ;
- Pricing
Develop and execute a pricing strategy to meet revenue and margin targets;



Job requirements
- Advanced professional knowledge in Technical LED/Semiconductor knowledge, Solid State Lighting applications;
- Basic knowledge in Optics, Electronics, Thermal management;
- Several years technical experience with electronic components
- experience in dealing with customers necessary, and the area of solid state lighting preferred
- Good English communication skills, advanced presentation skills, and basic Value based selling
- BA/MA degree in technical field
