Job Duty:

1.Actively assist in the end-to-end System Development Life Cycle process.
2.Develop, maintain and enhance for internal system applications
3.Perform system development; configurations, design, program coding, and preparing system integration testing plan and documentation.
4.Prepare program specification and lead Application Programmers to develop systems
5.Co-ordinate and gather business requirements and propose technical solutions.
6.Troubleshoot software development problems
7.Prepare system documentation(s) on the developed systems and provide application support
8.Provide support on user acceptance tests and perform user support
9.Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirement:
1.In depth knowledge of Core Java
2.In depth knowledge of OO design patterns, multi-threading, asynchronous paradigms and distributed Systems design
3.Demonstrable experience of working on highly-transactional, available and scalable business critical systems
4.Various client-server protocols: SOAP, RMI, XML/RPC, REST
5.Application of Agile or Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and quality in software delivery.
6.Good understanding of software architecture, understanding component and application breakdown and interaction.
7.Experience of source code control across multiple work streams.
