你的职责：
1、统筹协调旅行社日常营运事宜。
2、与客户沟通，确认客户需求，制定定制旅游线路；
3、挖掘客户需求，协调安排客户出行的各项事宜；
4、与供应商保持良好互动和沟通；
5、密切监督行程具体实施的各个环节，有效应对旅行突发情况。
6、维护好与客户的日常关系。

我们需要你：
1、本科以上学历；
2、5年以上旅游行业经验；
3、有境外旅游行业资源者优先；


Responsibilities:
a.Communicate with customers to clarify their needs and make a appropriate trip plan for them
b.Maintain good relationship with vendors and customers
c.Quick response to the emergency that would occur during the trip and make solution for the customers

Requirements:
a.Bachelor degree or above
b.Minimum five-year working experiences in tourism
c.Having the resources related to tourism is preferred
d.Good command of spoken and written English is preferred
