Our client now is looking for a sales manager base in shanghai.
Join a new and exciting team developing footwear retail of our European brands in China.
You have at least a 2/3 years experience in Shanghai or Tier 1 cities in Sales for footwear or apparel for a foreign brand, you want to get more responsibilities, and be involved in a dynamic and fashion environment, this position is for you!
Job Duties:
- Search and develop new B2B customers portfolio (wholesale/ retail) in Shanghai and in T1, T2 cities
- Engage with them and convince them to carry our brands
- Negotiate cooperation contract terms with customers
- Present each year the collections and ensure to get the orders on time
- Involved in the product selection to meet local market specifities and tastes
- Involved in training and marketing events matters
- Follow up sales and KPIs and implement improvement plans for future seasons
Profile requirements:
- Master degree in related field
- Outstanding communication skills, able to convince people
- Great product sense
- Chinese and English are a must
- At least 2/3 years experience in sales and existing network in footwear retail is a plus
- Self motivated, responsible, passion and honest
- Enjoy team working
