Job Description
Sales Director

Global Optima Automotive Inc. is an automotive engineering service provider located in Anting Shanghai with company headquarter in Detroit USA. By partnering with US company ROUSH, we have been working with China OEMs by providing engineering service with our cutting-edge technology in vehicle integration, packaging, chassis engineering, NVH, and dynamics etc.
We also have a show car subsidiary company under Global Optima umbrella, which builds show cars and prototypes in different product development stages such as clay model, exterior and interior master model, concept vehicle, production prototype, and show cars, etc.
Job Description:
1. To be wholly responsible for sales activities in both engineering service and show car business, report to COO of the company.
2. To develop annual sales plan under supervision of top management and monitor the progress every month.
3. To develop marketing and sales materials for different occasions.
4. To organize and lead meetings with customers and properly present company capabilities to customers.
5. To organize internal resources to develop technical proposals required by customers.
6. To attend customer bidding process and win contracts.
7. To build sales team through hiring talents and providing training.
8. To maintain customer relations and collect Voice of Customer for internal continuous improvement.

requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree;
2. Good command of English, able to use English as working language;
3. Technical or sales experience in automotive engineering companies.

Preferred characteristics:
Enthusiastic, Adaptive to uncertainty, tolerance of high pressure, strong leadership.
