主要工作内容:
- Develop event detail plan and lead the implementation by organizing other department or external vendors. （Including store opening event and roadshows, HF roadshow to drive visitors to stores. ）
发展制定详细的市场活动计划,并组织公司各相关部门和外部供应商确保计划顺利实施。（包括新店开业活动，各种路演和家居静态展等活动）
- Drive and responsible for whole year promotion plan and implementation to drive more visitors to stores.
负责领导全年促销计划和执行，以不断吸引更多顾客到店。
- Follow all events and promotion activities result and conduct related reports.
跟踪所有活动和促销的结果并提交跟踪报告。
- Other tasks assigned by management team.

Scope of Responsibility职责范围:
Close work with marketing other team members and other departments. Lead the events & promotion activities planning and overall implementation. Responsible for effectiveness of events & promotion activities towards driving visitation to stores.
和市场部其他同事，以及其他相关部门紧密合作。领导活动和促销的计划和整体实施。负责活动和促销的效果以吸引访客到店。

Minimum Qualification任职资格:
1. Education教育:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience required
本科学历，市场营销类专业，或具备相关的工作经验
2. Experience工作经验:
- At least 5 years’ sales or marketing working experience in furnishing industry, consumer durables or BTL in ads. agencies.
至少5年销售或者市场领域工作经验，具有家居行业、耐用消费品或广告公司线下执行任职经验者优先
3. Knowledge of具备知识:
- Marketing, advertising, media, etc.
市场，广告，媒体等
- Retail operation and events/promotion activities management.
零售营运经验和活动/促销管理经验。
- Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools
其他不断更新的软件工具的知识
- Document Management Systems, MS Office, Internet, and Intranet
文件管理系统，MS Office，Internet，Intranet
