职位描述
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration and coordination of each service project; fulfill customer request. He/She is the key job owner of customer communication.
Follow up Customer contract terms, schedule and reserve training and consulting.
Update the PS dashboard and inputs PWA on Friday. Make sure service reports are filled-in in proper way, collected in time. He/She is the main people to maintain system data.
Draw regular report of Professional service activities, including Presales activities report, HW Consulting Backlog Analysis report, SW Consulting Backlog Analysis report etc.
Other tasks assigned by management.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years customer service administration experience preferred.
Good understanding of customer care job nature and workflow. She must have good customer service attitude and spirit
Be able to speak and write English fluently
Familiar with office automation software
Open-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
College graduate or the equivalent
TRAVEL
The job is based in Shanghai
OBJECTIVES: 100% on qualitative
