Job Description

1. Comprehend business knowledge and build training contents
a. Collect business needs for training, including the needs from newly acquired business sellers and existing sellers
b. Learn from cross dept. and sellers to understand eBay business related know-how and dynamics including policies, warehouse and shipping solutions, selling operation and skills, etc. to learn the learning opportunities to develop eBay business
c. Build the training contents
2. Deliver offline training courses
a. New seller training including eBay selling skills, policies, etc.
b. Existing seller training including Warehouse best practices, High velocity inventory development, Online Marketing, etc.
c. Can host and coordinate medium to big scale training courses, seminars, etc.
Requirements:

? Bachelor degree or above; good English reading and writing with CET 6 or above;
? 5+ years working experience in training / presentation; experience in e-commerce training or business consulting training preferred
? Excellent presentation skills
? Initiative and passionate
? Customer oriented, good communication skill
? Quick learner, can work under pressure and travel
