REPORT TO: QUALITY & REGULATORY DIRECTOR
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
？ Ensure all works performed are according to ISO9000 & FSSC22000.
？ Manage material compliance by conducting new suppliers/new raw material approval.
？ Preparation of all customer related documents as required.
？ Manage product compliance by conducting compliance checking during product creation and revision process.
？ To evaluate related regulations/ standard impact on materials /packaging materials and products and provide regulatory guidance and direction in the design and execution of products. .
？ Communicate regulatory information to multiple departments and ensure that information is interpreted correctly
？ Ensure to report any non-conformity as soon as possible and assist in non-conformity investigation following company procedure.
？ Set up and update procedures, SOPs to ensure continuously meet ISO9000 and FSSC22000 requirements.
？ Assist in customer/ third party audit and internal audit
PROFILE REQUIREMENT
？ College or University degree, majored in Chemistry or related.
？ Experience in quality and regulatory affairs in flavour & fragrance industry is preferred.
？ Familiar with ISO9000 & FSSC22000 system.
？ Min 2 years experience in QA department
？ Good communication skill
？ Good English speaking and writing
