Summary of Role:

Client Onboarding plays a critical role in the successful execution of the firm’s compliance mission. The Client Onboarding Analyst is the central point of contact for managing all KYC/AML due diligence processes to onboard a new client to the firm.

This role’s key responsibilities are:
-Be responsible for gathering client documents to ensure adherence to Compliance and regulatory requirements.
-Review documents for completeness, identify and resolve deficiencies, enter client information into the AML/KYC source system, disposition screening alerts complete an adverse news check and promptly return results back to the business.
-In charge of the periodic review process once formally centralized within the Client Onboarding team.
-Occasional overtime may be required.?????

-Proven ability to provide enthusiastic, professional and courteous service to internal and external customers
-A self-motivated team player, a tactful negotiator with strong people and process management skills
-Strong organization and prioritizing skills with the ability to quickly react to ever changing business needs
-Thoroughness and attention to detail and able to present complex information in an easily understood manner
-Results oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities and ability to remain calm under pressure is essential
-Solid high volume processing and analytical skills
-Ability to work independently on multiple assignments in a deadline driven, regulatory environment
-Self-reliance and willingness to "own" problems and find creative solutions
-Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Power Point preferred
-Experience building reports, analyzing metrics and summarizing results in a meaningful way preferred
-Experience writing desktop procedures
-Sanctions/PEP monitoring experience preferred
-Working knowledge of KYC/AML regulatory requirements preferred
-Operational knowledge of Actimize preferred
-Operational knowledge of RDC’s Global Regulatory Information Database
