Job Title: Account Executive
Division/Discipline: Client Engagement
Reports to Title: Client Partner
JOB SUMMARY
The Account Executive position supports the account team in development and execution of digital marketing programs from concept through completion ensuring creative is on strategy and meeting client's objectives. Account Executive should have experience in online marketing.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assisting account team with project related tasks such as:
? Conference reports
? Creative reviews
? Invoicing
? Ownership of client communication on select marketing projects or select tasks
? Internal team support and communication:
? Working with agency Project Managers as well as discipline leads (creative, technology, media) to keep projects on track
? Clearly communicates to team when assigned tasks will be complete
? Organizes client materials for all client meetings
? Print and organize documents, take notes, send meeting recaps
? Understands the internal goals of the team, and the goals of the client
? Prioritizes tasks as deemed important by the team
? Proactively responds to team members (phone, email, IM)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
? Experience working with creative production and digital media.
? Experience with multi-channel marketing projects.
? BA in marketing, advertising or related field.
? 3-5 years experience.
? Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Passion for consumer products.
? Understanding of Marketing.
? Excellent Client Service skills.
