As an Inside Sales Manager, you will help drive the growth of HRBoss products, services, and solutions. He or She is responsible for reaching out to prospective customers.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

? 联络潜在客户并推荐适合其企业的解决方案
? 提供试用账号给潜在客户
? 紧密跟踪试用用户的用户体验并促成正式合作
? 协助客户注册期望的产品

? Contact prospective clients to recommend the suitable software solutions for their organisation
? Offer trials to prospective clients
? Constant follow-ups after client’s trial to sign up for paid versions
? Assist clients to sign up for the desired products


职位要求Job Requirements

? Aggressive and dynamic personality
? Demonstrable knowledge of account management (planning, prospecting and closing)
? Ability to work in a fluid/changing market place.
? Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers
? Maintain accurate client communication
? Great verbal and written skills
? At least 2 years professional B2B selling experience
? Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
? Successful experience at new account development
? Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
? Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
? Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
? Track record of inside sales success
