Key Missions
As an expert of this area been responsible for the area of importing and export to maximize efficiency for the business. In addition, achieving service rates while minimizing costs expressed in terms of inventory ownership costs, production cost, procurement cost and administrative costs

Vacancy description
A.Import and export process management
- Monitor import and export of products material and equipment, and to do custom clearance on time within 7 working days
- Deal with the INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE issues related to imported material, equipment and ensure on-time delivery.
- Push to get the shipping document for imported material & equipment.
- To check the import expense & register the logistic cost in BIP.
- Handle import permits' applications to the relevant government authorities, ensure the application documents correctly prepared, and chase the permits to be approved timely to the schedule of the shipments;
- Make sure export in line with local regulation. Clear understand restrict list of China Custom
- Deal with all custom on site inspection and to make sure no tolerance with custom regulation

B.E-account management
- Manage E-account project with project team and adapt process according to regulations, custom requirement and company need.
- Make sure e-account system operation smoothly and best balance the amount in order to minimize cost for the company
- Make sure physical bonded material in line with E-account system
- Proceed and operation e-account system as key user of e-account system
- Comply with the regulation on processing of E-account system
- Clear the e-account system on certain period and deal with the tax payment from the bonded material to unbounded material.
- Manage the interface with SAP and E-account system to make sure the data transfer apply for the process and regulation



Profile
? BS degree
? At least 7-8 years relevant working experience in export and import and Customs operation familiar on export manufacture process
? Good computer skills, SAP or similar system experience preferred.
? Good written communication skills in English and Chinese
? Responsible, strong team work spirit. Willing to work under pressure.
