? Development of product strategy and corresponding plans and actions for realization
? Interface between product development, project management, sales, customer and marketing.
? Market and competition analysis
? Creation of business cases and profiles for new products
? Development of market introduction strategies
? List price definition / management
? Product related customer & sales training
? Product related profit

? Life Cycle Management
? Initiation of product improvements
? Application engineering (especially process components)
? Customer and operations related Change Management
? Creation of technical data sheets

Requirements：
? Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical/economical engineering or equivalent.
? At least 5 years work experience as a Product Manager or equivalent. Experience with hydraulic components is preferred
? Good command of MS Office
? Good knowledge of hydraulic components
? Innovative and creative thinking
? Good logic analyses ability
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Excellent English skill both in oral and writing
? Good communication skills
? Good teamwork and coordination ability
? Confident, convincing and forceful
? Willingness to travel
