Responsibilities:
1. Frequently changing displays in accordance with the newness and festivities; ensure all regions are on time and follow the guideline within each time frame.
2. Delegating functions and tasks to cross functional teams.
3. Work on continuous improvement of in store visual presentation.
4. Handling all permanent counter projects.
5. Support brand team and coordinate with regions for all display material.
6. Ensuring the proper lighting of all signboards of the store.
7. Strategizing the display and branding of store promotions and events for increasing sales of the store.
8. Coordinating with technicians and staff for the proper and safe implementation of display designs.
9. Keeping a track of the purchasing trend of the consumers and strategizing presentations accordingly.
10. Taking consumer feedback from the sales and consumer service teams for sales driven innovation.
11. Conceptualizing designs and ideas displaying the products of the store innovatively and attractively.


Requirements:
1. Degree holder in the field of marketing, visual merchandising, retailing or related field of study.
2. Minimum 5 years in visual merchandising experience.
3. Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, illustrator and CorelDraw.
4. Passionate in cosmetics and fragrance is a must
5. Connection with reliable suppliers
6. Creative, independent, detail oriented and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
7. Good command in Mandarin in both written and spoken and English proficiency is a plus.
8. Good written as well as verbal communication skills.
9. Should have a creative bent of mind for conceptualizing designs.
