Objective of Job
By implementation, development and governance of financial systems or on-line tools, assure continuous improvement, measure and track finance processes, efficiencies and quality; develop, maintain, and implement world class processes and procedures regarding accounting, controlling, administration and finance; provide assistance to finance controller group for the maintenance of an internal control environment in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies; support knowledge management and best practices sharing across the Group and assure training to finance end-users.

Brief Task Description
? Direct set-up and project management of local/regional Finance projects including but not limited to financial/controlling systems or on-line tools; active involvement in projects as functional expert as required;
? Active participation as Central Business Process Expert (BPE) on project activities (local, regional, global) impacting the Regional scope;
? Validation of local requirements and DBBP of projects from a regional standpoint;
? Daily operative support in system data collection and governance to accounting/finance controlling group;
? Regular process benchmark evaluation with gap identification and clarification for existing financial systems(SAP) and on-line tools;
? Standardization and optimization of system processes and practices in supporting financial analysis and controlling; best practice identification and sharing;
? Support to Business Process Owner (BPO) in the functional definition, on-going collection and regular review of process KPI and quality indicators in financial systems and on-line tools;
? Working together with internal control group and finance controlling group on operational and system process mapping, internal controls identification, implementation and remediation;
? Definition and tuning of governance procedures and tools in accordance with ICT and Corporate teams and communication to end-users applicable;
? Regular monitoring of updates in Corporate/Regional policies and procedures, with evaluation of impacts on system;
? Regular review with ICT of tickets trend and Change Requests status and actively follow up;
? Proactively and timely communication with APAC CAO regarding WCF activities, tasks, status of projects, issues identified and solutions proposed;
Key point of contact in the region for global WCF team and region entities; monthly/quarterly/annual meetings preparation and attending.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Competence etc.)
? Bachelor Degree or above with major in finance or management;
? At least ten years of experience in project management and system governance with expert skill in functional areas of accounting, finance and controlling related;
? Working experience as project leader or key involvement of ERP system;
? SAP knowledge in FICO module is a must;
? Strong organization skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all levels of management throughout company in a confident manner;
? Strong leadership skills in leading both people and changes;
? Great time management skills and multi-task handling;
? Excellent English skills in listen, speak, read and write and working experience in multinational environment for continuous five years at least;
? Good team player with proactive and optimistic working attitude, diligent and committed;
? Cheerful and proactive attitudes, willing to share and willing to work under pressure.
