职位描述
Responsibility:
Independent design and develop of functional test, verification test and type test of products within CPS TCS LIPE, SWG and EAS used in medium voltage electrical power distribution systems. This includes:
IEC/ANSI tees and arresters, section cabinets
Fused cutouts, single-phase disconnect switches and transformer components
Overhead & Padmount Switchgear
Set up HV testing labs and equipments according to TCS R&D technical capacity development requirements, including technical specification documentation, SOP and WI drafting and maintenance, etc
Work closely with project managers and/or design engineers to develop product specifications
Generate suitable design and type test programs and identify facilities in China or elsewhere to conduct them
Prepare testing samples and equipments per project requirements
Perform HV tests internally and/or externally, include but not confined to-
PD/AC tests, BIL test, thermal cycling test, Multi stress test, SC test and DC resistance measurement
Other tests including material test, mechanical characterize test and electronic test, etc
Supervise, mentor and coach technicians and operators during testing
Prepare, analyze, publish and manage test reports timely
Provide timely and comprehensive product engineering support for related local manufacturing operations
Together with the Business processes and Operation to investigate and evaluate vendor suitability. Formulate and carry out test programs to establish vendor capability and specification fulfillment both during trial and ongoing production
Responsible for the keeping of security measures regarding protection against dangerous voltages
Required General Experience:
Willingness to lead and participate in projects involving cross-functional and cross-pole staff
Capacity to work in complex environment, and to support high challenges
Demonstrate strong team working spirit and effective communication
Pro-active Initiative and strong sense of responsibility
Good skill in Oscillograph operation
Sufficient capability of communication in English both orally and written, CET-4 is a must.
Proficient in MS-Office software(e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Knowledgeable of ISO-9000 requirements and problem solving techniques

Background / Education Requirements
Education Level:
Bachelor or higher degree in electrical, electromechanical or testing engineering.
Major/ Specialty:
Candidates should be able to demonstrate deep understanding in electrical testing equipment & maintenance.
