工作职责：
1、负责Java及J2EE编程工作，能独立完成模块的编码和测试工作。
2、完成所负责开发模块的详细设计和文档编写。
3、完成所负责开发模块的代码维护工作。


岗位要求：
1、2015年/2016年毕业生，本科或以上学历；
2、熟悉Java基础，如IO/线程/集合/jvm等，掌握和JAVA相关的开源框架
3、熟悉J2EE框架，熟练使用spring mvc、Spring、Hibernate/mybatis等开发框架；
4、熟悉常用的数据库，如MySQL等；
5、熟悉Web开发相关技术，如HTML5 ,CSS3, JavaScript ,AJAX jquery等；
6、熟悉常用的缓存，如ehcache；
7、乐于发现问题，解决问题，具有独立的思考能力。
8、较强的沟通协调和学习能力；
