Position Overview:

Perform tendering by region for all switchgear product and transformer/regulator/FR3/software, build up market database (customer/competition evolution) for responsible regions, leading continuous improvement initiatives in support of the overall business GDP improvement initiatives and Marketing KPIs (sales, profitability, market share).

· Tendering

· Perform detailed specification reviews and develop quotations per customer specs and RFQs via direct communication with external sales

· Determine product to offer (and alternatives) even if a specification is written around a competitor or is loosely defined

· Improve sales volume & offer margin in responsible regions

· Regional marketing database

· Collection market information and competitor analysis per region on the review or product, pricing & channel status

· Assist in analyzing application trends, product trends, and the market potential for product innovation

· Business GDP improvement

· Identify new opportunities to grow sales volume, incl. support sales to increase more market coverage, enlarge offer scope by new product promotion

· Identify potential threat to CPS in responsible regions, recommend changes to management

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Education, Training, etc.):

Bachelor degree in electrical engineering.

Working experience in power system industries over 3 years, product marketing or commercial background as a plus.

Excellent convincible capability and communications skills.

Process and Detail oriented

Capability with business systems: SAP, CAD, MS Office
