一、岗位描述

1.执行年度温室生产计划，组织安排部门员工完成部门生产工作，对温室工作进行协调、调度与监督，保证工作的顺利进行，同时改进生产技术及工作模式，提高生产效率；

2. 核对总部制定的生产计划与温室实际生产情况，及时发现问题并汇报，核对比利时制定的生产计划与温室实际生产情况，及时发现问题并汇报；

3. 安排每周发往国外的幼苗数量，并通知国外有关部门，与物流协调国内外发货时间，.国内外订单数量及质量的信息反馈；

4. 评估、培养部门员工，确保员工成长和发展；

5.总经理交办的其他事情。

二、任职要求

1.具备农业相关专业本科以上学历三年以上相关工作经验；

2.优秀的组织和管理经验对植物学，生物学，微生物学有深入的了解；

3.出色的统计能力，良好的人员协调能力，生产计划的安排和执行能力；

4.良好的中英表达能力。

Job description

To carry out the yearly GH plan, organize and arrange dept. members complete production work.

Coordinate dispatch and supervise GH work, improve production skills and working way; improve the production effectively. Check the production planning (made by BE) with the real situation of CN GH; find out and report the mistake immediately.

Cooperate with Lab、Finance、sales and other departments to make the company work fluently. Definite the quantity of YP ship to intercompany every week，notice related persons in BE and USA.

Coordinate the time of picking up goods with logistic. Evaluate、develop department members to make sure them grow. The other work arranged by the GM

Requirements

Education: Agriculture related graduate or above

Experience: 3 years relevant experience，excellent organizing and managing ability

Specific Knowledge：Good understanding of Botany, Biology and Microbiology.

Competencies：excellent statistics work, good ability of coordinating, working planning arrangement and executions. Excellent in both English and Chinese.
