供应商管理专员【西门子与上海电气合资公司】.

What are my responsibilities?

- Place PO based on the PR from SAP or manual PR in a time manner and expedites the delivery. 根据需求及时下达订单并且催缴供应商及时交付

- As a contributor to support solve the NCR 协助解决NCR

- Asset control 控制库存

- Communicate with the supplier on the invoice which does not meet Siemens requirement 及时和供应商联系解决不符合西门子要求的发票

- Improve suppliers performance by visit and survey on site 通过拜访供应商和现场调研提高供应商能力

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor degree

- 本科学历

- Basic knowledge on SCM and economic contract law

- 有供应链和经济合同法的基本知识

- 3 years experience on material planning, inbound & outbound logistics or purchasing; good on business negotiation

- 3年以上的材料计划、进出口物流或者采购经验、擅长商务谈判

- Good knowledge on SAP especially on MM and PP module; Good on MS office application especially on Excel and PPT; fluent English on both reading and writing

- 熟练掌握SAP特别是MM&PP模块有丰富的经验; 熟悉MS office办公软件，尤其熟练掌握Excel和PPT；英语读写流利

- Good team work and innovation spirit; result oriented;

- 良好的团队合作精神以及创新精神；以结果为导向;
