职位描述：
1，协调各房地产交易的交割;
2，协助销售顾问向客户解释英文合同及相关材料;
3，协调美加两地抵押贷款申请流程;
4，负责与美国/加拿大对口方协调直至项目结束;
5，工作地点为上海陆家嘴和北京东城区两地


任职资格：
1，英语为母语（或在18岁或更早开始讲英语）, 有海外（美加澳英）本科留学经历者优先；
2，能够与客户耐心和仔细地同时用汉语和英语进行交流;
3，注重细节和良好的组织纪律性;
