Responsibilities/Main duties:
Asset management
Help collate and prepare regular asset progress analysis and reports
Follow-up and deal with Group and China HQ on asset related queries and issues
Work closely with asset teams to monitor AEI progress
Participate in crafting and negotiating viable asset management service fee models and agreements
Participate in setting and rolling out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and benchmarks to ensure implementation of consistent and high level of service standards at Ascendas assets across China
Assist in AM Audits

Property Management Aspects
Assist in carrying out budget planning and cost control
Assist in analysis of property management costs
Monitor the green initiatives and energy management programmes to reduce operating cost
Assist in investigation of major PMD-related complaint by customers
Assist in conducting PMD Audits

Others
Prepare and submit required reporting to Head of Asset Management on a regular basis
Support the Managers of Asset Management on AM-related responsibilities
Other duties as assigned by the HOD

Education:
Finance, Investment, Real Estate and/or Business Administration
Tertiary educated
Good English

Job related experience:
3-5 years of property management, lease management and/or asset management experience in a IPC

Knowledge:
Finance and Real Estate
Related industry exposure or knowledge of IT, Hi-tech Engineering and Biomedical useful

Skills:
Strong ability to coordinate, liaise and work with direct or indirect colleagues to ensure cohesive teamwork and efficiency
Good information organising skills
Good analytical and financial reporting skills
