Position Focus:
主要负责面料业务
组织部门人员完成销售计划，管理销售工作，完成公司各种市场目标

Education:
市场营销、企业管理或相关专业本科以上学历；
英语能力良好

Skills
对市场营销工作有较深刻认知；
有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力；
有密切的媒体合作关系，具备大型活动的现场管理能力；
熟练操作办公软件；

Experience:
熟悉面料市场，3年以上面料销售管理工作经验，2年以上经理工作经验
有座椅面料销售优先

Job Specific Comments:
根据全国区域市场发展和公司的战略规划，协助销售总监制定总体销售战略、销售计划及量化销售目标；
制定全年销售费用预算，完成公司下达的销售任务；
制定销售额、市场覆盖率、市场占有率等各项评价指标；
分解销售任务指标，制定责任、费用评价办法；
制定、调整销售运营政策；
组织、领导销售队伍完成销售目标，协调处理各类市场问题；
汇总、协调货源需求计划以及制定货源调配计划；
协调销售关系；
调整销售区域布局及业务评价。
