Somfy China technical engineer is locally responsible for the quality and the efficiency of the support provided to direct and indirect customers of somfy china
Job Missions:
1.TRAININGS :
1.1 : Organize locally customer trainings sessions according to somfy china process and using the centralized technical trainings content (power point format + practise training tools ) developed for the different targets
3 main targets : manufacturers / retailers / internal staff (sales, sales adm, new comers)
1.2 : Be sure these trainings are delivered locally on a professional and efficient way
2.CUSTOMER SUPPORT :
2.1 customer support tools :
Provide and explain the standard technical tools (wiring diagram, installation guide,...) to any customer in order to help him solve most of the technical problems faced
2.2 on line customer support :
Be responsible of the quality and efficiency of the local on line customer support to direct or indirect somfy customers
2.3 on site customer support
If the problem cannot be solved though phone call, provide support on site to help the direct or indirect customers
2.4 closely follow up the local efficiency of this customer support and the customers satisfaction
3. AFTER SALES SERVICE :
Implement locally somfy china after sales service process respecting somfy china commitments to customers
4.FOLLOW UP :
Report monthly updated and reliable statistics to department management to check progress and efficiency of the support
Required qualifications and/or experience :
-Technical education and background , by preference close to building automation business
-Minimum 2 years experience in customer support department in foreign companies
-Fluent Oral and written English
-Ability to use AutoCAD software is a plus
Other characteristics or qualities required :
-Good communication skills
-Pro active attitude , reactivity
-Ability to set up and follow processes
-Ability to work under pressure
-Open minded attitude
-High sense of customer service
