职位描述
Report to: Managing Director of ACO China located in Shanghai
working place in Beijing
Job Description:
1. To manage the day to day operation of the Beijing office including sales, technical supporting, after-sales-service and clerical staffs.
2. To reach, at least, the sales and profit targets for the region together with his/her sales team.
3. Develop and coach sales staff on sales skills, presentation technics, time management and planning.
4. Proactively take the lead in all project pursuits, developing project pursuit strategies and customers management, including taking care of some key accounts on his/her own.
5. Assure that all customer requests are answered promptly and correctly.
6. Provide leadership in growing the sales territory in short, medium and long term.
7. Make recommendations from time to time to Management on all necessary measures to reach the above goals.
8. Provide bi-annual or annual performance reviews for all staffs in the region as the company requires.
9. Provide career development and promotion program for the key potential staffs.
10. Collect market information, requirement, competitors intelligence and etc to help the Marketing Department to derive the right strategies for China as a whole and the region.
11. Cooperate with Product Managers to develop suitable sales strategies, new product mix and specification, etc.
12. Generate the weekly and monthly reports for Management.
13. Produce the annual budget and KPIs in agreement with Management.
14. Develop distributors in line with the company policies, whenever needed.
Job competency:
1. Understand hydraulic flow principles and verify standards and drawings.
2. Strong communication skills, both oral and writing
3. Insure familiarization of the processes and strategies required to carry out all duties.
4. Interact with customers representatives, peers managers, etc at various levels.
5. Co-ordination and negotiation skills to ensure effective conclusion of orders.
6. Good presentation skill
Education/Training/Experience:
1. Engineering Degree in the relevant discipline.
2. Strong management skill and sales background.
3. Good English - both oral and writing.
4. Up to 10 years of post-graduate working experience, with at least the last 5 years in the engineering/projecting industry.
5. Minimum 3 years in similar position.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ready to travel extensively in the region
2. Well conversed with the use of common computer soft-wares like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
