Logistics Assistant

工作地点：广州经济技术开发区东区宏远路7号

招聘人数：1人

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with suppliers to ensure the materials are properly packed for safety unloading, and with the appropriate safety instruction labels;

2. Arrange stock replenishment and place order with suppliers following sales forecast and other sales indicators with agreement from GSM;

3. Work with the SCM to negotiate better terms & conditions with suppliers and contractors;

4. Liaise with suppliers on distribution complaints;

5. Arrange shipment logistics and ensure the shipping documents are processed timely and correctly;

6. Prepare monthly report and other regular reports as requested;

7. Prepare sample orders from sales team and follow up for dispatching.

Qualification:

1. At least 3-year experience in logistics role;

2. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, CET4 or above;

3. Good business sense, understanding management concepts ;

4. Mature personality and excellent communication skill;

5. Good budgeting and forecasting;

6. Well organized, patient, service-oriented.
