1. Ensure yearly budgeted Sales and Order Intake figures are met
2. Support and assist with continuous tracking of Sales-numbers, Key-customer performance, budget-tracking and Sales-predictions for budget-estimations
3. Interact with Designers, Owners and Shipyard-representatives and promote the ZF Marine product portfolio.
4. Act as a regional representative of ZF Marine and support Technical Sales representatives from ZF during visits and Contract Negotiations
5. Provide customers with Sales-quotations and technical support (pre-sales) on a timely and accurate basis
6. Negotiate Contracts and support ZF Factories with customer background and intelligence, thereby minimizing exposure and risk for ZF Marine.
7. Monitor competitors activities and can feedback other players technical proposal to ZF technical support and help ZF optimize solution and lower cost
8. Monitor and secure ZF Marines interests using clear and approved Terms and Conditions for Customer quotations and offers
9. Remain aware about ZF compliance rules and policies, thereby maintaining full transparency towards ZF Management and Customers with regards to representation and Commercial agreements.
10. Conduct market research and stay aware and knowledgeable about competitor products and capabilities
11. Assist and support the Order Processing and Contract Management Department in the hand-over from Sales-Projects to Orders
12. Work in a transparent way with After-Sales and support the collection of receivables through the use of Sales leverage over collection
13. Work within a regional matrix in support of the overall growth of the Marine business
14. Travel within the region and to product factories as needed
15. Any other duties within the job function as delegated by superior from time to time
