职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Follow up selected global or domestic Key accounts, develop a deep understanding of each Key Account's business and the specific drivers for growth.
2.Maintain milestones and customer operating plans for specific accounts. Drive customer satisfaction, participate in customer business reviews, develop strong work relationships with field service and internal support personnel to create a high performance team that meets and exceeds the customers’ expectations.
3.Provide continuously feedback to the superior on all information that could improve the business, strategic sales approach and competitor information.
4.Reports into key account manager and fulfill manager assigned tasks timely and organizationally
Requirement:
1.University degree or equivalent;
2.3 years above experience in logistics industry, key account executive experience in global top 500 logistics company would be preferred ;
3.Must be familiar with bonded warehouse operation requirements
4.Strategy sales thinking and sensible for customer needs
5.Good interpersonal skill and communication skill for English.
