Lead Engineer, Project Coordination

? Organizes and coordinates GBI’s projects, which includes multiple projects involving project initiation, scoping, planning, tracing, status reporting and closing
? Proactively collects, summarizes and communicates project status across GBI businesses
? During the project implementation, assist and consult to the engineering and product teams for managing the project schedule, budget, and milestones, monitoring status, assessing and mitigating risks, managing staffing and task assignments, and coordinating communications between project work-streams
? Produce all necessary Redmine and Git reports to provide visibility into project status and productivity
? Assist Engineering Leaders in developing methodology and product lifecycle standards
? Provide productivity measurement reports including time spent, Git activity, defects and task activity
? Provides support for defect tracking and other quality management efforts


Required Skills/Experiences
*Graduate from top level university with BS/MS in engineering/science (Computer Science preferred) from top universities
*At least 3 years experience managing the implementation projects of enterprise level software solution
*Experience of SaaS based project and/or CRM system implementation project is highly desirable
*Experience of pharma industry software project is highly desirable, projects with over 1000 users a plus
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple players
*Strong skills in Redmine project definition, management and reporting
*Deep involvement in quality management and defect reporting
*Good knowledge of Git and GitHub structure and reporting
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
