1、在总经理的领导下，全面负责工程部的各项工作。
2、就本部门以及公司的技术力量配置、技术管理组织结构提出方案或建议，挑选和配备公司各个技术岗位人员，培养、巩固技术骨干队伍，切实保障动力设备的安全运行以及各方面设施的正常使用。尽最大的努力，以最低的费用开支保持公司高格调水准。

3、负责组织开展工程设备的供货，安装，调试，维修、运行、管理。

4、负责制定工程部管理制度和设备操作程序。
5、负责监督、检查、指导本部门员工工作，定期对本部门各岗位进行考核。
6、负责洽谈、评估、监督工程的外包项目，组织对外包工程的质量验收。

7、 负责制定培训计划，定期开展对本部门员工的业务培训。

8、负责本部门的整体服务质量和安全生产。
9、负责制定本部门工程项目实施计划，协助销售部负责投标方案工程管理部分的编写工作。
10、组织编制各种设备的保养、检修计划，原材料采购计划，并组织实施。

11、组织收集、编制各种设备的技术资料、图纸，做好设备的技术管理工作。
