上海智达教育培训中心是美国大学考试局（ACT）在华的第一个合作伙伴。与ACT合作十二年来，深受美国，澳大利亚，英国等政府，大学和学生的信赖。智达教育十二年来全心致力于国际合作办学项目管理和推广，有成熟的项目运作和管理经验。长期与上海知名高等院校（上海交通大学、华东师范大学、上海大学等）合作，是全国最早从事国际课程的培训机构之一。我们拥有富有经验的外籍教师及中方老师，还有十多年来从事海外大学申请经验的升学指导老师负责学生的申请工作。经过我们培训并成功赴海外学习的学生已有上千名。我们从03年至今保持学生毕业率及赴海外就学率100%，学生前往的知名大学包括美国波士顿大学，英国华威大学，澳大利亚的新南威尔士大学，莫纳什大学。智达教育与海外众多知名大学建立了广泛的联系，定期邀请知名大学来学校与师生直接交流互动。
As the first acknowledged partner in mainland China, Shanghai Star Education Centre has kept in cooperation with ACT for twelve years, during which it has gained widspread credit among governments, universities and students from a variety of countries, such as the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom etc. Owing to multinational collaboration in operating and popularizing programs, Shanghai Star Education Centr has twelve-year experience in running projects and management. Due to long association with Shanghai-based institutes that have been widely acknowledged, such as Shanghai Jiaotong University, East China Normal University, Shanghai University etc., it was among the first institutions specializing in training in overseas programs. Shanghai Star Education Centre boasts its well-trained faculty of teaching staff, both from home and abroad, and moreover, experts with decade-long experience in providing guidance for students, among whom several thousand applicants have succeeded and managed to go abroad to pursue further study. From 2003 till now, 100% of the students have graduated positions and been offered seats by overseas universities, including Boston University (U.S.), Warwick University (U.K.), The University of New South Wales and Monash University (Australia) which are widely recognized. Upon such long-term cooperative relations, both students and teachers have, on a regular base, been granted chances to communicate and interact directly with representatives from a wide range of universities.
