Summary of Job Function :
工作职责
1) 负责批量生产产品的现场质量控制；
Process quality control for serial production
2) 组织和跟踪现场和产品质量问题的解决（ICAR）并组织可疑产品的处理；
Coordinate to dispose nonconforming parts happened in process and ICAR follow
3) 参与顾客退回件和抱怨的可疑产品的质量分析和现场整改；
Support customer return analysis and action implementation on site.
4) 定期更新或根据问题解决的输出检验指导书；
Inspection work instruction update termly
5) 负责检验员的培训并对其检验和试验结果进行确认；
Inspector management and training.
6) 提供每周/月的不合格品清单，并对突出的问题采取措施优先解决；
Submit nonconforming part report regularly and direct priorities. Lead/participate problem resolution teams regarding report.
7) 对不良品的库存管理,采取措施降低不良品库存；
MRB stock management and lead to take action to reduce stock.
8) 现场质量问题的控制，工序能力的提高；
To control process quality problems, improve process capability.
9) 负责上级交办的其它工作。

Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能
1) 车间质量问题的定期分析，制定质量的优先改进计划；
Routine analysis of process quality problems, establishment of advanced improvement plan for quality.
2) 质量成本的落实；
To implement Cost of Quality.
3) 车间现场产品的报废统计和分析，产品缺陷数据库的收集；
Statistic and analysis of scraped part from production and build up database of defect parts.
4) 根据问题严重程度开具ICAR，并跟踪执行情况；
To draw up ICAR upon serious quality problems, and trace its implementation.
5) 现场质量问题的控制，SPC的统计和推广，工序能力的提高；
To control process quality problems, implement statistics and promotion of SPC, improve process capability.
6) 检验员的培训，考核；
Training and evaluation of inspectors.
7) 定期向质量经理汇报IPQC的管理状况。
To report IPQC work to QA manager.
8) 现场质量问题的控制，工序能力的提高；
To control process quality problems, improve process capability.

Know-How Requirements
职位要求
本科学历；机械，电子，汽车等相关专业；
1) Above college，Majored in Mechanical, Electronics or Automotive.
2) 五年以上工作经验，能熟练应用各种质量工具（QC七大手法，SPC，8D,FMEA 等）；
Above 5 years working experience and familiar with quality tools such as SPC,8D and FMEA.
3) 了解ISO9000质量体系，熟悉TS16949优先考虑；
Know quality system of ISO9000, TS16949 knowledge is preferred.
4) 熟悉精密注塑、电子或者汽车行业产品的现场质量管理；
Familiar with on site management of Injection molding，electronics or automotive industry.
5) 熟练操作工具显微镜、投影仪等简单测量工具；
Good at operating measurement tool such as Microscope and projector.
6) 熟悉注塑、冲压或装配工艺；
Familiar with molding, stamping and assembling process;
7) 良好的人际沟通能力和解决问题能力；
Be able in communicating with others and solving problems;
8) 英文良好，能用英文书面和口头交流；
Be good at English for writing and speaking;
9) 熟练操作计算机；
Be familiar with computer operation;
