【Job Description】
Assistant Project Manager is required to work directly with US Project Team, and mainly engages in interdepartmental collaboration and project management support. Competitive salary and international platform is provided to this entry level position. A 6-month review period will be applied and by the end of the period potential for extra bonus will be considered.
This position provides great opportunity for growth, hands-on experience and a chance to work on challenging projects with some of the best minds in US. Qualified candidates are expected to be entrusted with the utmost responsibilities they can handle and be inspired by their work and achievements. Future career path can go through project controller and project manager.
【Main Duties】
？ Project profile collecting and document compiling;
？ Project newsletter/report editing/translating; routine Social Network Platform maintenance;
？ Project related routine work assistance, including coordinating, supporting and negotiating with both internal customers and US partners;
？ Some administrative duties as instructed.
【Qualifications】
？ Bachelor degree or above in English, Public Relations, Marketing and related fields.
？ Excellent writing and verbal skills in both Chinese and English; TEM-8 is preferred.
？ Experience in marketing/project management, preferably in consulting industry (Optional).
？ Necessary knowledge on cross culture communication.
？ Great initiative, strong ownership and accountability, with attention to details, analytical & conceptual thinking, ability to collaborate with speed and handle pressure in complicated environment.
