Specification:
The job holder plays an essential role in supporting company’s organic growth with smooth & accurate HR related daily operation works.

Job Description:
Employment Relationship:
1) Manage all staff’s employment contract renewal and other related procedures with
accurate and up-to-date information;
2) Handling staff’s on board and off board procedures;
3) Updating staff’s employee info data list regularly with accurate data;
4) Handling all staff’s commercial insurance registration with the vendor;
5) Updating and monitoring all staffs’ actual Annual leave balance in Timesheet system;
6) Handling all Expat’s working permit and residence permit application process;
7) Assisting local staff’s residence permit application procedure;
8) Release monthly pay-slip to all staff on time;
9) Preparing offer letter for new staff;
10) Provide legal advisory when there’s the needs regarding employee relationship;


C&B:
1) Handling monthly people change movement report with accurate data;
2) Collecting Expat’s monthly allowance claim Fapiao, follow up with Expat’s reimbursement status;
3) Calculating Third Party employee’s monthly salary, and follow up with the payment process;
4) Checking monthly local staff’s Fesco pension report accuracy;
？ Other HR related Support work:
1) Assisting in annual staff’s IIT declaim which over RMB120,000 per year;
2) Issue all kinds of employment certificates;
3) Handling employee’s various benefit payment, such as birthday incentive fee, holiday
incentive fee etc.
4) Other HR tasks may assigned by Line Manager;

Requirements
1. 2 years + related working experience. Ad. industry background preferred;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
3. High responsibility person;
4. Good team player;
5. Independent personality;
6. Fluent in English, oral & written;
7. Willing to learn attitude
