职位描述
？ 为开发和性能试验准备零件及试验设备；
？ 按试验申请单和试验工程师的要求进行试验，收集数据，并为试验数据分析和准备报告提供帮助；
？ 校准和维护试验设备；
？ 及时向试验工程师汇报辅料、备件的试验情况；
？ 为分析、解决产品开发、产品验证中出现的问题提供帮助；
？ 严格按照试验设备操作规程要求操作设备；
？ 遵守并支持试验组长、试验工程师的要求和指示；
？ 严格遵守AIS试验程序要求进行操作，确保数据采集的准确性；
？ 保存所做工作资料的记录完整性，建立原始数据档案，确保有据可查；
？ 对文件的保存和发放采取负责的态度，确保文件不受损坏并处于保密状态；
？ 配合样件/资料管理员做好样件、资料管理工作；
？ 对培训采取积极和合作的态度；
？ 完成主管试验工程师下达的其它任务。
其它要求：必须能够加班和倒班，家住单位附近者优先
