SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Consultant

Job Description:

- Provide consulting services for implementation, testing development, maintenance and enhancement of software packages and applications by utilizing software and accompanying development tools and environments

- Prepare and coordinate on detailed specifications through communication with clients; Bring best-practice guidance and training to clients, based on SAP/SuccessFactors definitions and garnered from various client experiences

- Assist in formulating and defining system scope; Achieve objectives tailored to clients’ management requirements

- Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above
- 3 years’ experience in SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, HRIS, or HR advisory services
- Excellent problems-solving skill, communication skill and people skills
- Global implementation experience is preferred
- Fluent in English, Japanese will be a big plus
- Base location is Shanghai, some travelling if needed
- Candidates may be considered for different levels - Senior Consultant, Associate Manager, depending on experience and background
