职位描述：
1、电话接听、信件分发、客户接待
2、负责饮水，酒店和机票预订
3、确保办公室整洁，及打印机，空调等办公设备的正常运行
4、负责办公用品采购
5、负责各类行政费用的报销
6、负责公司员工考勤记录
7、负责办理外国人工作证及居留许可，协助办理员工人才居住证及商务签证
8、协助组织实施公司各项大型活动，如年会，旅游、生日聚会等
9、协助上级完成其它相关工作

职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有志投身于行政及人事工作的优先考虑
2、具有良好的职业道德，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调、学习能力，有团队协作精神
3、良好的英文听说读写能力
4、熟练使用相关办公软件

丹控电器贸易(上海)有限公司是DEIF A/S在中国的分公司，成立于2006年。公司位于上海浦东新区张江集电港，主要业务包括：
1）船用桥楼仪表、配电盘仪表、发动机和发电机组控制器、可再生能源控制器的销售
2）提供专业的技术支持和服务
3）研发以及客户化生产
